We cannot accept returns due to change of mind for hygiene reasons.

If your item is faulty we will happily work with you to fix or replace and if neither option is appropriate we will happily refund. You must have your receipt and it must be within 6 months of purchase. However, we will not refund if they have not been appropriately cared for as outlined in the care guide.

If your parcel arrives damaged, we will do our best to rectify the situation - If we can replace or fix we will, however due to the nature of being one of a kind, we cannot guarantee we'll have the same item to be able to replace it with. In this case we will offer a refund.

Shipping

We offer New Zealand wide shipping at $6.

We aim to get your purchase packed and awaiting courier within 2 business days. Courier generally takes 2-3 days for delivery.

Pick up is available for our local customers - Pick up is in Ohauiti. Once purchased we will be in touch to arrange a time that suits (NB we try our best, but it may not be possible for same day pick up).

At this time we only ship to NZ physical addresses.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Internationally.
